Wieden & Kennedy New York has named Karl Lieberman as executive creative director following the departures of ECDs David Kolbusz and Jaime Robinson earlier this month. Lieberman, who starts in January, moves to New York from W&K Portland, where he has served as a creative director since 2008. During his time there, he wrote and creative directed P&G's "Thank You, Mom" Olympics campaign, which won the 2012 Emmy award for outstanding commercial, as well as work for Nike, Old Spice, Target, Velveeta, Facebook, and Yoplait. He recently served as creative director on the agency's KFC campaign featuring a reinvigorated Colonel Sanders. Prior to joining W&K Portland, Lieberman worked at agencies including TBWA/Chiat/Day New York, Mother New York, and, from 2001 to 2007, Euro RSCG (now Havas), where he co-created "The Most Interesting Man In The World" campaign for Dos Equis.

Juan Jose Posada, Geometry Global's creative head for Latin America, will move to London in January as the new chief creative officer of Geometry Global U.K., where he'll lead work for clients including Heineken, Vodafone, Coca-Cola, Philips, Emirates and Mondelez. Mr. Posada, a Colombian, is currently the Bogota-based VP-creative for Geometry Global Colombia as well as regional creative director for Geometry Global Latina. (WPP created the Geometry Global network, specializing in activation, with the merger two years ago of OgilvyAction and G2). Mr. Posada joined Ogilvy & Mather in 2005 as art director for Coca-Cola's Latin hub, and after a series of promotions moved to OgilvyAction Latin America in 2011 as ECD.

Havas Worldwide has hired Toygar Bazarkaya as chief creative officer for the Americas, a new role for the creative agency network. Bazarkaya joins Havas from BBDO New York, where he served as executive creative officer for nearly six years. Prior to that role, he was the chief creative officer of BBDO in Germany, working with brands such as Visa, Mercedes, Gillette, Campbell's, MLB, American Red Cross, Dubai Tourism, and Dove Chocolate. His career also includes time at agencies such as Jung von Matt and Springer & Jacoby in Hamburg, DM9DDB in São Paulo, Mullen in Boston, and DDB New York.

San Francisco shop Muhtayzik Hoffer has recruited Jay Berry as executive creative director, working with co-founder and ECD John Matejczyk to oversee the creative department. Berry previously worked at TBWA/Chiat/Day and Media Arts Lab, Wieden & Kennedy, and in-house with Apple. He has also served as ECD at Translation, New York. His most recent work includes Apple's "Shot on iPhone 6," winner of a Grand Prix at Cannes this year.

SuperHeroes Amsterdam has hired Arthur Manduapessy to its team as an art director. He previously co-founded creative agency Kwartvoorhalf which is currently known as Allenby Concept House. After running the company for three years, he continued as a freelance creative in both Amsterdam and Dubai for brands like Vans, citizenM and G-Shock. He also launched Tastees, a T-shirt label with a message, in collaboration with the United Nations World Food Programme.

London creative agency AllofUs has hired Ricardo Amorim as creative director. Amorim joins from R/GA London where he was creative director leading the agency's global Google account. He has been behind projects including Google World Cup, Google Year in Search and the Google Outside platform. Before joining R/GA London in 2009 he was an art director in Brazil working with agencies including Age Isobar (now McGarryBowen Sao Paulo) and creating campaigns for clients such as Renault, HSBC, Warner Bros., Cadbury and Samsung.
