Elspeth Lynn is joining Geometry Global U.K. as executive creative director in January. She was formerly group creative director at FCB Inferno London and, prior to that, executive creative director at M&C Saatchi. Earlier in her career she founded Canadian agency Zig. Her recent work includes UEFA pan-European campaign, #WePlayStrong, challenging perceptions and encouraging young girls to play football. Other projects include Peroni's "House of Peroni" experience, now in its sixth year.
Deutsch has hired Roger Bova as head of design. Most recently head of design at Barton F. Graf, he has worked on clients including Clash of Clans, Ketel One and Snyder's of Hanover, as well as The Coverage Coalition for the Affordable Care Act. Prior to Barton F. Graf, he was design director at Anomaly. He began his career as art director at Plexifilm, an independent DVD label with a focus on music, art and foreign films. In 2017 he also opened his own studio, Roger&Co, working with a variety of clients, design firms and ad agencies, some of which included Arnell Group, Rockstar Games, Abrams Books and A Public Space literary magazine.
Huge is appointing Dwayne Raupp as executive creative director of its Detroit office, reporting to Ranae Heuer, managing director of Huge Detroit, and Derek Fridman, global executive experience director. Raupp joins Huge from GTB, where he was global senior vice president of the invention design studio. He was also previously managing director for Perficient Digital and co-chief creative officer for Enlighten.
Publicis One Philippines is promoting Raoul Panes to chief creative officer. He assumes the role while continuing in his position as chief creative officer of Leo Burnett Group Manila. The appointment will see Panes overseeing the creative work of Publicis One brand agencies that include Leo Burnett, Publicis Manila, Publicis Jimenez Basic, Arc, Blackpencil as well as media agencies Zenith and Starcom.
Tribal Worldwide London is appointing Adam Powers in the new role of chief experience officer. Powers joins from BBH, where he spent six years working on digital experiences for Ikea, Red Bull, Barclays, Clarks and Waitrose. Prior to this, Powers worked for the BBC for 12 years, where he grew and led user experience and design teams across mobile, TV and radio.
