Mason moves to EMI

Former Publicis/N.Y. music producer Jarrett Mason, who oversaw the tunes on campaigns for  Heineken, has taken the post of director of EMI Music Resources, where he will be overseeing the development of creative opportunities between advertising agencies and EMI's catalog and writers.

Friday's E-mail (7.23.04) incorrectly reported a recent promotion at editorial company Cut + Run. The item should have stated that Endy Hedman -- not, as reported, Christie Cash, who is executive director of Cut + Run/L.A.-- has been promoted to executive producer of music videos at Cut + Run, which has offices in Santa Monica and London. Hedman will continue to produce for the company's commercials division.
