Montague and Ryan launch Co:

Ty Montague and Rosemarie Ryan, who left their posts as co-presidents of JWT North American in March this year, have announced the name and nature of their new venture: Co:

The New York-based company is built around a core team with creative/content, brand strategy and technology chops and a model that allows that team to bring in a range of other companies with expertise relevant to a given project.

Montague and Ryan are joined by two additional partners, chief technology experience officer Richard Schatzberger, most recently director of creative technology at BBH New York, and chief strategy officer Neil Parker, who was global head of strategy for Wolff Olins.

Co: will work with an affiliated roster of "co-conspirators," which includes companies from a range of disciplines.
