Howard Willmott and Duncan Marshall, formerly of Saatchi & Saatchi/London, have been named senior VP-executive creative directors at Publicis/New York.

Chris Graves, formerly of TBWAChiatDayLos Angeles, has been named executive creative director at Team One Advertising in El Segundo, Calif. Grammy-winning art director Tommy Steele has also joined the agency as director of design after 14 years as VP-creative director at Capitol Records.

Freelance creative director Benier Koranache has joined L.A.-based agency Muse Cordero Chen & Partners as a consulting creative director at the shop's New York office.
