Natalie Lam, a Cyber Grand Prix and Titanium Lion-awarded creative, joins the ranks of creative leadership at McCann New York as Executive Creative Director. Lam, who most recently served as OgilvyOne Regional CD Asia and ECD of OgilvyOne Shanghai, had also previously worked at R/GA where she was creative director on Nike global and U.S. work, which included the Nike+, NikeID and Nike Running accounts.
At McCann, Lam will help to shore up the agency's digital capabilities while working across all accounts. Throughout her career, she has worked on a variety of categories, from packaged goods and financial to fashion, technology and sports. Her client credits include VW, MasterCard, Target, P&G, Motorola, Sony and others.

Lam is a Hong Kong native who returned to China in 2008 to become the first female and youngest region CD for OgilvyOne Asia. She graduated from The Cooper Union in New York and started her career at design firm Frankfurt Balkind Partners. She went on to launch a creative group for tech consulting firm Cambridge Technology Partners and then ran the creative department at digital agency Iconixx. Outside of Cannes Lions, her awards collection includes a Black Pencil from D&AD, Best of Show at One Show Interactive, Grand Clio and a Grandy.
