Ogilvy/N.Y. Names Five CDs

Published on .

Ogilvy & Mather/New York has named five new creative directors as the shop gears up for the departure of chief creative officer Rick Boyko. ECD's David Apicella and Chris Wall will now jointly oversee the creative department, making room for a new layer of creative management. The newly-named CD's include Tom Bagot, who oversaw the recent "On Demand Era" push for IBM; Andy Berndt, who was behind recent work for Ameritrade; the team of Chris Mitton and Terry Finley, who have done extensive work on American Express; and John McNeil, whose experience spans IBM, Ameritrade and American Express.
