180 Amsterdam has appointed Graeme Hall as creative director. Hall will relocate to the Netherlands after three years in the US at Y&R New York, where he worked on the Land Rover, LG, Dell, Airwalk, VH1 and PETA accounts, and was creative director for Virgin Atlantic. Last year his Airwalk 'Invisible Pop Up Store' picked up awards including a Yellow Pencil at D&AD and a Webby. Previously, Hall spent five years at DBB London, creating campaigns for clients including Volkswagen, Marmite and Harvey Nichols. His Marmite Snacks campaign won him the Grand Prix at the Epica Awards, and was chosen as one of the best UK Press Ads of the last decade. Hall has won the Young Guns Award over ten times in five years, with work including the Harvey Nichols 'Fashion Statement' press campaign, the VW Golf 'Enjoy the Everyday' ad, and the VW Cinema 'See Film Differently' campaign.





RPA has promoted Joe Baratelli, previously EVP, executive creative director, to the position of EVP, chief creative officer, reporting to Bill Hagelstein, President and CEO. Baratelli, who recently oversaw Honda's "Matthew's Day Off" Super Bowl spot and Farmers Insurance's University of Farmers campaign, will continue to oversee all creative work for Honda, Farmers, Intuit Small Business, La-Z-Boy, Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, Tobacco Free CA and several others. Baratelli has been with RPA since the agency was formed in 1986, originally joining as an art director working on Honda projects. His work has been recognized by the One Show, EFFIEs, ADDYs, CLIOs, Art Directors Club, Communication Arts, the MiXX awards and J.D. Power awards.





Los Angeles-based Saville Productions has signed comedy directing duo Drew Antzis & Tamara Bick, otherwise known as Bick/Antzis, for exclusive commercial representation in the U.S. Antzis' work includes the Funny or Die series The Landlord starring Will Ferrell, Adam McKay, and foul-mouthed, two-year-old Pearl. Bick began her career as a comedic actress, appearing in sitcoms like Men Behaving Badly, Frasier and Seinfeld. The husband and wife duo have together directed and produced for companies such as MSN, Yahoo, American Public Media, Variety,Post, Whole Foods, and MoveOn.Org. Most recently they directed In the Market: An Organic Love Story, a seven-part series of comedic sketches for Whole Foods, as part of a branded content campaign for the chain.





Matt Ross is departing Ogilvy Los Angeles to join BBH LA in the new position of managing director. BBH LA has also promoted Fran Hazeldine to head of strategy of the Lost Angeles office. Prior to Ogilvy LA, Ross (pictured) was director of new business for WCRS in London and business director for the agency's MINI account. He has also served as business director at DDB London, working on Volkswagen and Wyeth Consumer Healthcare, and as account director at Tribal DDB. Hazeldine joined BBH LA from BBH London in May 2011..





Los Angeles-based Wondros has added photographer and filmmaker Christian Weber to its roster for U.S. commercial representation. The signing marks Weber's first-ever official commercial production company affiliation, although he has worked as a freelance commercial director for brands as Audi, Bottega Veneta, IBM, NHL and Xbox, and for agencies including AKQA, Draft FCB, Wieden+Kennedy, Ogilvy and Mather, McCann Erickson and 72andSunny. He has also made short films including 'Man on Fire' and his photography has been published and exhibited widely.





DOJO has hired Marty Wenzell to the new role of president, reporting to founding partners & ECDs Mauro Alencar and Geoff Edwards. Wenzell began his career with Chiat/Day and Hal Riney, before moving to Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, where he stayed for 18 years. Following GSP, Wenzell turned entrepreneur for the last few years, working for start-up shops, leading business development and client services.








Sparks Productions has signed Frank Borin to its roster for representation in Canada. Borin's commercial credits include Coca Cola, Bud Light, Activision, Levi's, Abercrombie & Fitch, Partnership of a Drug Free America as well as international clients such as Beeline, Tele2, Vimto and Djuice. He is best known for directing music videos for artists such as Eminem, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Backstreet Boys, Duran Duran, Lifehouse, Cypress Hill, Good Charlotte and Natalie Imbruglia, and has also directed TV shows and feature films.
