Marc Maleh is rejoining R/GA as group director, data visualization. Maleh joins R/GA after serving as director of interactive production at Wieden+Kennedy. Prior to that he served for more than five years as an executive producer at R/GA, managing an integrated team of producers, creative directors, designers, and programmers for multiple Nike projects including Nike Running and Nike+. Before that, managed international design and technology teams in New York and Shanghai for Screampoint, working with clients that included Apple, AIG, World Trade Center Development, and Jamba Juice.
The Art Directors Club (ADC) has announced a new partnership with the Berlin School of Creative Leadership that will see the the Berlin School bring its open programs to the US for the first time. The joint venture will entail three-day executive leadership programs offered at the ADC in New York, the first of which will take place October 18-20 in New York City. Titled "An Introduction to Creative Leadership", it will be led by Professor David Slocum (Faculty Director of the Berlin School) and Professor Robert Weisz. The courses address frequent challenges and proven practices in the leadership of creative organizations and projects, and will feature various teaching formats including simulation and role-playing exercises, interactive lectures, film-based discussions, case analyses and group work.
