Kevin Brady has rejoined Droga5 as group creative director, as the agency also announced a string of new creative hires. Brady worked at Droga5 from 2007 to 2010 and returns after one year at Y&R, where he worked as global creative director on Dell, Bacardi and Virgin Atlantic. Previously he worked at Publicis NY and Bozell Worldwide. Swedish creative team Maja Fernqvist and Joakim Saul join as creative directors from BBH NY, where they worked on campaigns for Audi, Google, Vaseline and Axe. Their previous agency experience includes Mother NY and Powell Design. Other new appointments include Ryan Hoetling, who joins as a designer from R/GA, Dan Treichel as senior art director from Y&R NY and Michelle Hirschberg as copywriter, from Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. Two new art directors also join; Ben Wolan from 215/T.A.G, and Alexander Nowak from Y&R NY,while Felix Richter also joins the creative team from Y&R NY.




Crispin Porter + Bogusky has appointed Jason Nichols as a creative director at the agency's L.A. office, where he will work on a number of accounts including Microsoft and Old Navy. Nichols joins from Saatchi & Saatchi in Los Angeles, where he was creative director working on integrated campaigns for Toyota. Prior to that, he spent time as creative director at TBWA/Chiat/Day developing the Pepsi Refresh Project, and as copy director at R/GA, where he worked on Nike Basketball, Nike's Facebook application Ballers' Network and LiveStrong, as well as the global and US launch of the Nokia N-series.





Sterling-Rice Group (SRG) has hired Joe Salvati as director of digital strategy and managing director, to oversee its digital creative team and client interactive campaigns. Salvati joins SRG, based in Colorado, from Crispin, Porter + Bogusky where he led an integrated team of 30 on the Microsoft business. Prior to that, he was svp, partner of The Wonderfactory, a user interface and design firm in New York.





TBD, the Oregon-based branding agency, has appointed Matthew Ebbing as art director. Ebbing previously led a design team at Boulder-based tda advertising & design for six years as the senior designer on clients such as Johnson & Johnson, GE and Crocs. He has also taught art direction at the University of Colorado.
