Crispin Porter + Bogusky has promoted Neil Riddell to the role of VP, executive director of Product Innovation. Riddell has been with CP+B for 13 years and was one of the founders of the product innovation group in 2007. Riddell, an industrial designer who also holds a degree in International Finance and Marketing, works on projects an executive creative director for product and experiential design as well as being involved in brand strategies, patent writing and research and development. CP+B's Product Innovation group works with their clients on product and design initiatives and often taking an equity stake in the development of a product or brand. Examples include the environmentally minded mechanic brand Green Garage, the sustainable cleaning product brand TWIST, bourbon brand Angel's Envy and bike-sharing system B-Cycle.





ShootersNYC, the sister company to the Philadelphia-based post/production company ShootersINC that launched last year, has officially moved into its permanent offices in New York's Flatiron district at 156 Fifth Avenue. The space features three editing suites, graphics/animation suite and space for edit and post-production as well as production.





Austin based independent shop, Proof Advertising, has hired Scott Staab as digital creative director and Rob Story as associate creative director. Staab was previously freelancing as creative director for the American Achievement Corporation. Prior to that, he was group creative director at digital independent agency, T3, taking lead on the JCPenney, UPS and Department of Education accounts. He has also worked Schematic and at GSD&M's Ideacity.





Story joins from Austin-based advertising agency, Sanders/Wingo, where he was associate creative director. Prior to that, he worked as an art director at agencies including McGarrah-Jessee, GSD&M and DDB Needham. He also freelances as a concert poster designer and illustrator, having turned out work for Maxim Magazine and Live Nation, and designing for bands and musicians like Motorhead, the Pixies and Ritchie Blackmore.
