David&Goliath has hired a team of two associate creative directors from TBWA/Chiat/Day Los Angeles: Patrick Almaguer (copywriter) and Blake Kidder (art director). Almaguer and Kidder will primarily work on the Carl's Jr. account, which D&G picked up in January, and will report to Colin Jeffery, executive creative director of D&G. At TBWA as associate creative directors, the duo co-created campaigns for Activision's Call of Duty, Guitar Hero and DJ Hero games. Prior to that they worked at Wieden + Kennedy Amsterdam on accounts such as Nike, Coca-Cola and EA after beginning their careers at TBWA/Chiat/Day L.A. Their industry awards include Cannes Lions, Clios, Andys, Addys, One Show and Communication Arts awards.

TBWA/Greater China has hired Edmund Choe as co-president and head of creative, joining in May 2011. Choe (pictured, right) will run the agency's operations across the Greater China region together with group president Ian Thubron (left). Choe joins from Saatchi & Saatchi, where he has worked for the last two decades in Malaysia, Singapore and latterly as chief creative officer for Greater China based in Beijing.

Durham, NC creative practice Baldwin& has hired Rob Frasketi as 'The Machete'. Titles at Baldwin& are self-assigned; Frasketi's position will correspond to that of an art director. He will work on the agency's BMW and other accounts. Frasketi, who is chair of the American Advertising Federation's Raleigh-Durham Chapter, was previously art director at Crittenden Advertising, Raleigh, on accounts including the PGA Tour and the American Kennel Club.

Audio post-production house audioEngine has promoted senior director of sales Sharon DiTullio-Tepper to executive producer. She will be responsible for the end-to-end client experience, overseeing sales and marketing and new business development. Prior to joining audioEngine, DiTullio-Tepper served as senior director of sales at HSRNY and vice president of sales at Tonic.

Manic has hired John Clausing as director of CGI. Clausing will guide Manic's CGI team, coordinate with Manic VFX Artists, and collaborate with creative director Fran Roberts and managing director Bob Cagliero in navigating the NY-based studio's strategic direction. Prior to joining Manic, Clausing held positions as senior 3D animator at Headlight and animation director/senior graphic artist at Code F/X.
