The Sweet Shop has extended production services into Bangkok, Thailand, adding Claire Davidson to its executive team to lead the company in the South East Asian market, which includes India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines and Singapore. Most recently, Davidson was executive producer at Sudest Productions in Vietnam. She began her career at MTV before moving to television commercials. At McCann Worldgroup, she led the in-agency production company One Six Six, creating work for McCann Erickson Australia.
Stairway 9 is has appointed its president Roe Bressan as chief marketing officer for its strategic alliance of six brands: BlueRock, Spontaneous, Scarlett, BLAST, Ballistic and MOTIVE 3.0. Bressan will relinquish her title of chief operating officer.The move comes after a period of integration of new managing directors across Stairway 9. Roe has passed day-to-day duties over to each head, including Spontaneous' Cara Cutrone, Jennifer Lederman at BlueRock, and Wendy Brovetto at Scarlett.
DNA Seattle has hired Pete Hughes and Lianne Onart as associate creative directors. Hughes (left) brings more than sixteen years of experience as a copywriter and creative director at BBDO, FCB, Cole and Weber, and Publicis.
Onart previously worked at Foote Cone & Belding, Hydrogen and Cole & Weber. Additionally, she started her own company that specialized in marketing to women, creating brand campaigns for the first women-specific outdoor gear for Gortex, Sidi Cycling Shoes and Sierra Designs.
