Executive producers Tim Lynch and Tieneke Pavesic (right) and director Chris Malloy (left) have partnered to open Farm League, a full-service production and content company based in Santa Monica, California and Oregon. Malloy and Lynch are co-founders of Woodshed films, known for producing surf films. Malloy has also created branded pieces for Patagonia, Nixon and Ford while Lynch has worked on commercial projects for brands such as Converse, VW, Kashi, New Balance, Nike, Playstation and Audi. Pavesic has worked at Wieden + Kennedy in Portland, Amsterdam, Tokyo and Shanghai, as well as freelancing for agencies such as Cutwater, TBWA/Chiat/Day LA and CAA, producing films for Jeep, Ford, Powerade, Siemens, ESPN and Coca-Cola. Farm League's roster includes skate filmmaker Corey Adams, and director/editor Tim Wheeler. So far, clients have included Nike, Ford, Bear Naked Granola, Barefoot Wine, Patagonia and Native Shoes, and the team is currently in production on projects for Acura and Strava.
Michael Zimbard has acquired pre-vizualisation studio Edit1 and in his new role as president has hired Mike Donovan (left) as executive producer. Donovan has over a decade of experience in animation production and comes to Edit1 from Launch and most recently Nice Shoes, where he was managing director/head of production.
