ShootersTV, a new division from content company ShootersINC that will develop and produce programming for reality and non-scripted TV, has appointed John Foy as senior vice president. Foy's previous roles include vice president of production at Endemol Entertainment, the Amsterdam-based production company behind Big Brother. He was one of the founding partners of 3 Ball Productions, which produced reality shows such as Biggest Loser, and in 2006 launched Tijuana Entertainment, whose credits include MTV's Is She Really Going Out With Him?. ShootersTV also recently signed Peleton Entertainment, the New York-based TV agency representing producers working in the reality and documentary arenas.

Chris Miller has joined Harpoon Pictures as director of new business development. Miller previously ran sales and marketing for commercial production companies Highway 61 and Bridge Street Films. Prior to that, Miller worked as managing partner at advertising recruitment firm Kendall Tarrant Worldwide. Since joining Harpoon, Miller and executive producer Chester Mayer have added directors Joel Peissig, John Alper, Kohl Norville, Tricia Caruso and Hernan Kesselman to Harpoon's roster.

Loopmedia has signed Fiction, the design team consisting of Mike Spicer and Dave Desjardins, for representation. The pair have designed work for Taxi, CTV, Naked Creative and Crispin Porter + Bogusky. Before forming Fiction, they worked at SPIN Productions and at several other design studios.

Vancouver-based hybrid production company Global Mechanic Media has added the animation director duo Kangaroo Alliance to its roster. Kangaroo Alliance, consisting of designer Lauren Gregg and animation director Craig Sheldon, has worked for clients including Nick Jr, Yo Gabba Gabba, Disney Television Animation, MTV, and on various commercials.
