HSI Productions owner Stavros Merjos has named Michelle Ross (left) and Rebecca Skinner (right) as partners. Ross is currently head of sales, and has worked at HSI since 2001, joining from Partizan. Skinner is executive producer at HSI and worked at RSA before joining in 1996. She launched the company's music video division, Mars Media, and has worked with directors and recording artists such as Eminem, Britney Spears, Jay-Z, Michael Jackson, and the Rolling Stones as well as on the commercials side of the business.

Tool of North America has signed ex-Smuggler/Stink commercial, film and music video director James Brown. Brown has established creative relationships with brands such as PlayStation, Nike, Adidas and Microsoft and has also shot work for Eurostar, Vodafone, eBay, Guinness, FIFA, Rolling Rock, Coca-Cola, and MasterCard. His work has been recognized by the U.N., the Guggenheim Museum, the Webbys, Cannes, Clios, Andys, New York Festival, Epica, International Food & Beverage, Australasia, First Boards, Music Week CADS, and One Show awards.

Hello! and Company has signed director and cinematographer Jeffrey Darling for North American exclusive representation. Darling comes to Hello! and Company from Believe, and from Radical where he was represented for the past 10 years. His work includes spots for brands such as Diner's Club, BMW, Boeing, Maybelline, Jaguar and Volvo, and his work for Jaguar and Boeing is on permanent display at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. He was awarded the Australian Film Institute's Best Achievement in Cinematography with his work on the feature film The Crossing, starring Russell Crowe.

Partizan Worldwide has signed directors Karen Cunningham and Michael Geoghegan to its roster for worldwide representation. Cunningham ran Pink Films for 10 years before turning to directing and setting up Spank Films. She has won awards including a BTAA Silver, Best New Director at Kinsale and Best New Director at CFP-E Cannes. Geoghegan's work includes direct/integrated campaign for the British Army, Start Thinking Soldier, which won Big Awards 2010 Gold, Eurobest Silver and a Merit Award at the One Show.

Cole & Weber United has added three new members to its Connections (Media) team. Dave Kersey (pictured, left) joins as associate Connections director from CWU from R&R Partners in Las Vegas, where he was associate director, Media & Digital Activation. Zach Smalley, who joins as Connections supervisor, most recently worked at MediaCom Interaction in New York where he was a media supervisor on the Dell account. Hannah Rosen joins as assistant connections planner, having recently graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Communications.
