Director Pep Bosch has joined production company Interrogate for US representation. The Spanish born director has been working in advertising for 15 years, directing commercials for Volkswagen, Honda, Volvo, Danmark and Campofrio. His Hornbach spot with Heimat Berlin won four CLIO Awards and was included among the 2012 D&AD Pencil winners, the Euro Bests, as well as being a special selection in the Lurzer's Archive Annual. A spot for Audi, "Babysitter", also received a CLIO.
Design agency Hush has appointed Eric Alba as its lead technical producer, following his work as lead producer on the agency's "Camp Victory" project for Nike. Alba is an Emmy and VES-award-winning producer who began his career as both an on-set and post-production VFX supervisor. He has worked as an effects supervisor for Fox, NBC, Universal, Paramount and Marvel.
Daniel Garcia has joined creative studio Decon for commercial representation. Garcia first entered the commercial realm through the music industry, directing cinematic videos for LCD Soundsystem, TV on the Radio, Killer Mike and Best Coast. He has directed spots on behalf of Nike for Wieden + Kennedy, Portland and Chevrolet for Goodby, Silverstein & Partners.
Los Angeles-based production company Kids At Play has hired longtime collaborator Mark J. Marraccini as its first head of development. Marraccini will oversee the creation and development of original scripted and non-scripted digital, television and film projects. As a producer and director of cable television, his credits include MTV News, "Access Hollywood", TLC's "Extreme Couponing,", VH1's "The Fabulous Life" and Fuse's "Pants Off-Dance Off". He is also an editor, with credits at Yahoo!, AMC, and Electus' YouTube channel LOUD. He began his career in television production at VH1 and MTV in New York.
