Rob Doubal and Lolly Thomson have joined McCann London as executive creative directors. The award-winning pair moves from Wieden + Kennedy London, where they were creative directors on Nokia and Nestea and the agency's Maximus Vodka pitch. Among their work was Nestea's "Start of Something Different" global campaign and a promotion for Nokia Own Voice, featuring the world's smallest album featuring rock band Chromeo. Doubal and Thomson were also behind work for Orange and Coke while they were at Mother London, including Orange Gold spots starring Rob Lowe and Snoop Dog, as well as the fanciful " "Yeah Yeah Yeah La La La," spot directed by Dougal Wilson and featuring a track from Calvin Harris.





DDB New York is taking on two members of the DDB Sydney creative team, Matthew Knapp and John Downing. Knapp moves to New York as senior copywriter, and Downing as senior art director. In Sydney, they have worked on brands including McDonald's, Telstra, Tourism Australia, Lipton, Arnott's, Volkswagen, and Hasbro. They have received recognition from awards shows including the Young Guns, Spikes Asia Awards, London International Awards, New York Festivals, and Clio Awards for their conception of the McDonald's Playland campaign and a Bronze Pencil at Cannes for their 'Cup-a-Soup: Soup Cart' campaign.



CLM BBDO has hired Matthieu Elkaim as executive creative director and Benjamin Marchal & Olivier Lefebvre as creative directors. All join from DDB Paris. Elkaim started his career at TBWA Paris and subsequently worked at DDB Paris as European creative director on Lipton. He also worked on brands including Sony Playstation, Nike, McDonald's, VW and AIDES. Marchal & Lefebvre both started their career at DDB and have worked with clients such as l''Equipe, Greenpeace, Audi, France Football, Voyages-sncf.com and Lipton.




Creative duo Carlos Ulloa and Liber Aguilera, known as HelloEnjoy, have joined unit9 for worldwide interactive representation. Ulloa created Papervision3D, the Open Source engine that pioneered the use of 3D graphics in Flash. The duo has subsequently built creative applications, music visualization and games for Web and mobile, expanding its reach to other platforms such as Unity and WebGL. Their most recent projects include 'Lights', a web GL music video that won the best Motion Graphics category at SXSW 2012.




Lapiz, the Hispanic division of Leo Burnett, has hired two new creative directors. Brazilian native Flavio Pina, who joins as associate creative director working primarily on Procter & Gamble, has previously worked on clients such as BancoItau, BANCOOB, Bohemia, Honda, KitchenAid, Mattel, Philips, Stella Artois, Terra and Tok&Stok, at agencies including Ogilvy & Mather, BorghiErh/Lowe and Dm9/DDB. Ciro Sarmiento, who joins as creative director, is Colombian and has worked on brands such as Domino's Pizza, Lowe's, Skittles, Starburst and Marshalls.

JWT Atlanta has hired two new creative directors. Dana Markee joins as creative director for the United States Marine Corps, having worked for almost ten years at TBWA/Chiat/Day. Tim Wettstein joins as creative director for Transamerica, the US Virgin Islands, Shell, Jiffy Lube, FEMA and Scana. He previously worked at BBDO New York on AT&T, Gillette, Autism Speaks and PETA. He takes over from Roy Trimble, who is retiring.

The Mill NY has appointed Heath Raymond as a producer in its Telecine department. Prior to joining The Mill, Raymond was a VFX producer at The Lifelong Friendship Society where he was responsible for producing graphics, animation, stop motion and VFX projects for brands such as Vonage, Crest, Unicef, HP, and Texaco. Raymond also spent five years as a producer at Sound Lounge working with clients including Lowes,Snickers, Comcast, PNC Bank and Charmin.
