Blind, the multi-disciplinary studio with offices in Santa Monica and New York, has signed Three Legged Legs and Matthew Encina. It will provide representation, management assistance, production support and creative support for Three Legged Legs, a group which consists of Casey Hunt, Greg Gunn and Reza Resoli, and has a client roster that includes AT&T, Chrysler, GE, Havaianas, McDonald's, Microsoft Zune, NASCAR, Starbucks and Wrigley. Encina, who joins the roster, has freelanced extensively for Blind in the past. He has been involved in all stages of the creative process, from design to animation to direction and has worked on KIA, Bissell, Swiffer among others.
UK boutique agency devilfish has appointed Ed Edwards to the role of executive creative director. He joins from CHI & Partners, where he was worked on brands including Tango, picking up a Cannes Lion for the 'Rehab' campaign among other work. Prior to joining CHI in 2006, he worked at BBH on campaigns for Levi's and Lynx and prior to that at Fallon. At devilfish, he will work on brands including Studio Canal, BBC, Kelly's Cornish Ice Cream, BB&R, National Geographic, Discovery, and UKTV.
Tracy Mays has joined The Sweet Shop as executive producer, based in its LA office. Mays, who joins the global executive producer team, has previous experience at companies including Smuggler, Anonymous Content and MJZ.
Imperial Woodpecker has signed directing team Peter Martin to its roster. Their work includes campaigns for HBO, McDonald's, Staples, Spike TV, Daily Juice, Era and the Illinois Lottery.
