Partizan has signed former CP+B executive creative director Tim Roper as a director, representing him globally. Roper spent nearly 15 years as both writer and ECD at CP+B on campaigns such as Hulu's Evil Plot to Destroy the World, VW's Safe Happens, Burger King's Simpsonize Me and Sprite's Sublymonal campaign. He began commercial directing earlier this year with three spots for Hulu starring Will Arnett, which debuted during the Super Bowl. He additionally served as both writer and ECD on the campaign. Roper was hired by Alex Bogusky in 1997 and brought in the agency's first national and international creative awards with the Truth anti-smoking brand. Roper is currently shooting his first campaign with Partizan, consisting of six comedic spots for an as-yet undisclosed client.





Savage has signed directing team Honest for US and global representation. The directorial duo, consisting of Jonathan Milott and Cary Murnion, initially began working together in design and motion graphics before writing and directing films for both the Nike 'Art of Speed' and Diesel 'Dream' campaigns. They have also directed work for GE, Mastercard, MSN, Snickers and Checkers.





Morten Tyldum, director of Norwegian psychological thriller Headhunters, has joined Bully Pictures for exclusive representation in the United States. Tyldum, who recently signed with Vendome Pictures to direct his first American feature What Happened to Monday?, has directed commercials for the likes of Coca-Cola, Volkswagen, IKEA, McDonald's, Texaco, SAS and Canal Plus. His awards include two Cannes Lions.





Colle+McVoy has promoted John Neerland (left) from associate creative director to group creative director, and has made six new hires in its creative department. Neerland, who joined the agency more than seven years ago, has led creative efforts for Caribou Coffee, Schwinn, Old Navy, Yahoo!, Novartis Animal Health and Explore Minnesota Tourism among others. His work has been recognized by The One Show, D&AD, Cannes, the Webby Awards, the Effie Awards, the Obies and Communication Arts. The new hires are: Erik Kvalseth, who joins as associate creative director; Nate Hinz, senior designer; Emily Honigsfeld, senior art director, who recently worked at Deutsch LA; Brit Ryan, junior art director, who previously worked at LA-based agency Mistress; Chris Gault, senior copywriter and Ryan Burk, copywriter. Additionally, Matt Pruett has been promoted to senior art director.
