Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney has hired two new senior creative teams , and promoted Tod Duke-Yonge to head of design, under new ECD Damon Stapleton. Former creative team Steve May and Nils Eberhardt who departed for DDB Sydney last year are returning to the agency. Senior creative team Darren Borrino and Stuart Turner also join from 303 Lowe, Sydney. The pair worked under Stapleton at TBWA/Hunt/Lascaris in South Africa before moving to DDB South Africa. Duke-Yonge, a former head of design at Mother London, joined Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney last year. He has worked on campaigns for Stella Artois, Amnesty International and Diet Coke, and has worked at M&C Saatchi UK, DArcy Masius Benton & Bowles, and Grey London.
Toronto-based Holiday Films has added director Sasha Levinson to its roster for Canadian representation. Levinson began her directorial career in 2001 with a music video for Cake's song 'Short Skirt, Long Jacket', which was nominated for an MTV award. She has directed spots for Target, Diet Coke, Payless, The Home Depot, JC Penney and KSWISS and recently completed a short film titled 'One Day in America'.
Click 3X has added senior designer/art director Ryan Duggan and senior flame artist/VFX supervisor Mario Caserta to its team. Duggan, (left), who joins from Charlex, has previously worked on clients including Motorola Droid, Bayer, Verizon FiOS, and Clairol Nice n' Easy. Caserta (right) freelanced for Click 3X before joining full time. He has worked for 12 years as a designer and flame artist for broadcast, commercials and film, including at Spontaneous. Flame work includes the Verizon Test Man campaign; a GEICO campaign; a Nickelodeon Power Rangers promo; and VFX on AT&T spots.
