Jesicca Dierauer has been promoted to Executive Producer of Music and Creative Content at Y&R New York, from Executive Content Producer. In her new position, Dierauer will be reponsible for everything music-related at the agency, including hiring composers, licensing tracks and creating entertainment industry opportunities for agency clients. In her previous role, Dierauer produced and executed integrated campaigns, new media applications and events, for clients like Malaria No More, Office Depot and LG. Before Y&R she was a senior producer at BBH, New York and producer at shops like The Martin Agency, Crispin, Porter +Bogusky, Kirshenbaum & Partners and W+K, Portland.

Joakim Borgstrom has joined Goodby, Silverstein & Partners as creative director on the Chevrolet account. Borgstrom was last a creative director at Wieden + Kennedy, Amsterdam, where he worked on interactive projects for Coca-Cola, Nike, EA, P&G and more. Prior to Wieden, Borgstrom was CD/Partner at Doubleyou in Barcelona, and worked on award-winning efforts for Nike, Audi, Electolux, Diesel, Coca-Cola and others.

Fabio Costa has joined The Martin Agency as SVP/Creative Director. Costa moves from Ogilvy, Paris, where he was a creative director and worked on Louis Vuitton and Perrior. Prior to that, Costa was at Cutwater, San Francisco, where he worked on clients like Ubisoft, Disney, Ray Ban and Motorola. Costa started out in Brazil, at shops like Y&R, Talent and Almap BBDO, where he helped to launch the agency's interactive department.

Young & Laramore, Indianapolis has brought on two key digital creative hires, John Palmer, who will serve as Digital Strategist and Henrik Persson (pictured),who joins as Senior Digital Developer. Palmer had been director of product research and development for MediaSauce, Indianapolis and Persson last served as a web developer and strategist at Good Old in Malmo, Sweden.

The Mill N.Y. has brought on Ian Bearce as Director of Content. In the new role, Bearce, will be responsible for expanding the company's digital content capabilities. Bearce was previously Executive Producer at Runner Runner, Fischer Edit/VFX and Modern Music and before that served for six years as Head of Production at Partizan, L.A.

Former Method Studios Managing Director Alex Frisch has joined Imaginary Forces as Creative Director and VFX Supervisor. Frisch is a well-respected vet in the VFX industry and cofounded Method in 1998. He went on to become Managing Director in 2002 and then left in 2009 to focus on building a low overhead, global network of top digital artists.
