Young & Rubicam New York has appointed Letitia Jacobs as executive director of content production, succeeding NathyAviram, who has left the agency. Jacobs, who reports to chief creative officer Jim Elliot, brings 17 years' experience to the role including serving as head of content production at Gotham. She was most recently a freelance producer at Mother and has also freelanced for agencies such as Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Wieden + Kennedy, StrawberryFrog, Droga5 and Y&R Chicago. She has worked with clients including Verizon, Dell, Volkswagen, Heineken and Burger King and her portfolio includes a Cannes Gold Lion for the Volkswagen "Safe Happens" campaign, as well as a Bronze Lion, a Bronze CLIO award, and Silver and Bronze One Show awards.





CLM BBDO has appointed copywriter Patrice Lucet and art director Philippe Boucheron to its team. Lucet and Boucheron have worked together as a creative duo at Publicis Conseil and have created campaigns for clients including Orange, Renault and Stihl. They have won awards including two Gold Lions at Cannes, a Eurobest Grand Prix, four Gold Eurobests, two Gold Clios and two Andys. The agency also recently appointed Nicolas Hurez as art director. Previously at Draft FDB Paris, Hurez will work alongside copywriter Julien Perrard.





Passion has signed directorial duo Musuta for representation worldwide. Musuta comprises Jopsu Ramu and Timo Ramu, who are based in and between Helsinki and Tokyo. Their commercial output includes idents for Channel 4, Finland, the country's second largest commercial broadcaster, Issey Miyake Perfumes, Nokia and Finnair.





1stAveMachine has added designer and director Karim Zariffa to its team. Zariffa, who is from Montreal, has worked for clients including Coca-Cola, Nokia, BMW and Sagmeister. Work includes AOL campaign Autoblog, and "Air Canada 75th", commissioned by Spafax.





Anonymous Content has hired independent Mary Kate Hatfield to handle director sales for commercials in the Midwest. She will represent the company's directors in Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis and St. Louis. Hatfield's firm MKH will also represent Anonymous Content sister company Serial Pictures in the Midwest. Hatfield began her career working at agency FCB bfeore spending nine years on staff as Midwest Directors Representative for HSI.
