Brady will be based in New York and will partner with Guillermo Vega. The pair will also oversee U.S. assignments for Virgin Atlantic and Bacardi. While at Droga5, Brady worked on NET10, Puma, Method and Rhapsody. He also worked on Amstel Light, Heineken and BMW as a copywriter at Publicis New York. His previous agency jobs also saw him at Lowe, Bozell and Wells, Rich & Greene.
Aaron Starkman has been promoted to chief creative officer and partner at Zig. Starkman has been at the agency for eight years and previously worked as creative director/copywriter, on clients like IKEA, Best Buy, Molson and Corus Entertainment. He was also part of the team on the Gold Lion-winning "Prison Visitor" spot for Unilever's Vim.
Veteran creative team Dave Weist and Tim Vaccarino have joined Mullen as group creative directors. The duo was most recently at Modernista and have created some of the industry's most memorable work, including VW's iconic "Milky Way" and "Synchronicity" spots (at Arnold) and campaigns for Hummer, Cadillac, Palm, TIAA-CREF and Project Red.
Gotham has beefed up its digital offerings with the addition of Fabien Pichler in the new position of executive interactive producer and Steve McGinnis as lead flash animator. Pichler previously worked as a freelance consultant to BBDO, BBH, Dentsu and Digitas, for clients like Amex, Sony, AXE and Toyota. Prior to freelancing he worked at Lowe, Tribal DDB, SpaceDog and DNA. McGinnis is an SVA grad and most recently worked as a freelancer.
