'The Robs' Get Promoted at Grey N.Y. & More

Rob Lenois and Rob Perillo -- known as "The Robs" collectively -- have been promoted to executive creative directors at Grey New York. The duo are best known for the award-winning Febreze's "Breathe Happy" campaign, and have also worked on brands including Ally Bank, LongHorn Steakhouse and Advil. Their creative group is also in charge of Emergen-C, Allianz and Robitussin.

Agency Work Club has added Omar Karim as a senior creative in London. Karim has previously worked at agencies 101 and Fallon, where he had done work for brands including BBC, Sony, Nokia, French Connection and Eurostar. He has also directed, and was previously represented by Skin Flicks. Work Club also bolstered its business-side team and hired Nick Fisher as a business director.
