TBWA Digital Arts Network in Los Angeles has hired James McKenna as a creative director. McKenna, who will report to Group Creative Director Fabio Costa, will work on the shop's clients, which include Nissan, Infinity, Energizer and Hillshire Brands. McKenna joins from 72andSunny, where he worked on Google.
Shannon Davis has joined Colle+McVoy's production department as director of integrated production. The Minneapolis agency hired Davis from tech startup, Jingit, where she led the account team. She was previously director of project management at Olson. The agency also hired Gwen Litz as integrated project manager.
O Escritorio, the Lisbon shop behind Coca-Cola's "Rivalry Wallet," and Microsoft's "Small Demo" has named Rui Vieira partner. He joins from AKQA -- where he was since 2012. Before that, he was a global CD at Full Six. He has spent time working for clients including Nike, MINI, EA, LG and the Gap.
MDC agency Redscout is expanding its design team with the addition of three hires. Olivier Gregoire joins as senior industrial designer from Aruliden, where he worked on Motorola, Panasonic, LG and Puma. Colin Kelly joins in the same position from Smart Design. He will work alongside Redscout's strategy team. Arian Franz joins as senior designer. She was previously a freelance graphic designer at Rent Control Inc. All three positions are new, and they will report to design director Gina Reimann.
