Wieden & Kennedy is known for Nike's long-running "Just Do It" work and Old Spice's "The Man Your Man Could Smell Like," among numerous standouts. This year was no different, with the agency's eight offices churning out solid work. The New York hub, for example, enlisted A-list directors David Fincher and Sofia Coppola for the cinematic Gap "Dress Normal" campaign. And for Weight Watchers, the Portland office humorously showed us that we're all emotional eaters, whether we're driven by happiness, sadness, anger or stress.
Overseeing creative worldwide are global exec creative directors and partners Colleen DeCourcy, who joined in 2013, and former Portland ECD Susan Hoffman. Ms. Hoffman spent much of this year in New York while the shop searched for another creative exec to work as ECD David Kolbusz's partner in the Big Apple. And in recent months, she stepped into the new global role -- a fitting move, given her experience helping to open the shop's London and Amsterdam offices in the '90s.Click here to see more of the 2014 Creativity 50
