The Emmys today announced the nominees for its 63rd Annual Awards Show, including the honorees for 2011 Outstanding Commercial. Wieden + Kennedy made the list twice, for Old Spice "Questions" and Chrysler "Born of Fire," as did TBWA/Chiat/Day, for McDonald's "Baby"(out of New York) and "Polar Bear" for Nissan Leaf (via the L.A. office). Production company MJZ had a double appearance as well, having produced "Baby," directed by Fredrik Bond, and "Questions," directed by Tom Kuntz, who with W+K, earned the Emmy last year for Old Spice's "The Man Your Man Could Smell Like."
The other nominees on the list were American Express "Conan" out of Ogilvy & Mather and directed by Hungry Man's Bryan Buckley and Subaru "Baby Driver" out of Carmichael Lynch and directed by Jake Scott out of RSA Films.
