Agency Musicians Rock Out in Third Annual Battle of the Ad-Bands

Ten bands took the stage and cranked up the volume on Monday night in the third annual Battle of the Ad-Bands, the rollicking Advertising Week event orchestrated by music studio Fluid. Each band represented a different ad agency, with last year’s champion Pants (from McKinney+Silver) narrowly edging Grey Worldwide’s The Subliminals and McCann Erickson’s World Grope to defend its title. Proceeds from the show benefited the VH1 Save the Music Foundation, as well as the International Music Products Association’s efforts to fund music programs for New York City public schools and children impacted by Hurricane Katrina.
