Created by New York animation house Psyop, the spot features animation that morphs between scenes of engineers tweaking VW's down through the years, from the original Beetle to the new Beetle. "What kind of people finish something, but are never quite done with it," the voiceover asks, as the POV zooms and small details -- like rearview mirrors -- become windows into the next scene. "Maybe these people have some kind of weird DNA, these engineers and designers," the VO concludes, as the tag -- "Volkswagen. Makes it better." -- comes in. The campaign, based on illustratons by Evan Hecox, includes two more executions, which are expected to break in February.
