Green Day may have had all of the face time last night at MTV's Video Music Awards, but RSA's Samuel Bayer -- who directed the video for the trio's "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" -- was also a big winner, as the clip won seven awards, including Video of the Year, Best Direction, Best Editing and Best Cinematography. Missy Elliott's "Lose Control," directed by @radical.media's Dave Meyers, took home two moon men for Best Dance Video and Best Hip Hop Video. Animated band Gorillaz's "Feel Good Inc.," directed by Jamie Hewlett and Passion Pictures' Pete Candeland won Breakthrough Video and Best Special Effects. Check here for the full list of winners.
