BBDO Pushes Pepsi Edge as Guilt-Free Reward

Published on .

No achievement is too small.
In two new television spots that broke over the weekend, BBDO/New York encourages cola drinkers to reward themselves with a Pepsi Edge -- Pepsi's new low-cal, low-carb offering -- for even the smallest accomplishments. The campaign, directed by Biscuit's Noam Murro, features sportscasters Stuart Scott and Rich Eisen calling the play-by-play for mundane activities.

In one spot, Scrubs' Donald Faison triumphs in his struggle with a pickle jar and heads to the fridge for his prize. In the other, a man celebrates a well-executed trip to the bathroom, which Scott punctuates with a trademark "Booya!"
