Bill Oberlander to Cossette CCO

McCann Erickson, New York executive creative director Bill Oberlander is headed to Cossette Communications' New York office to take the role of chief creative officer.

In nearly three years at McCann, Oberlander was responsible for notable work from the Ad Council and Nikon, working on the latter's "Picturetown" effort as one of eight ECDs at the agency.

Oberlander also has ECD stops at Ogilvy & Mather and Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners on his resume, the latter for 11 years running through the '90s.
