Brooklyn Brothers Bring Landmines Home

Published on .

U.N. Mine Action "Kick Off"
New York-based creatives The Brooklyn Brothers -- aka Guy Barnett and Callum MacGregor -- have teamed up with director Kevin Thomas of Thomas Thomas Films to create a truly chilling anti-landmine PSA for the United Nations' Mine Action Service. The spot opens on a scene of a girls' soccer game, where friends and family cheer the teams on. After one player steps on a landmine, however, the pleasant scene turns to one of terror and pandemonium. The tagline asks, simply, "If there were landmines here, would you stand for them anywhere?"
