It's time to show off the best ideas you came up with in 2014. As part of Ad Age's A-List Report, we're looking to celebrate the agencies behind the most forward-thinking and innovative ideas in brand creativity in our upcoming Creativity Agency Innovators report, formerly known as the Creativity A-List. The report will highlight Creativity's Agency of the Year as well as more of the year's top creative shops. See last year's Creativity Innovators here.
We're looking for:
All your best work and ideas from 2014.
Who should enter:
Full service agencies, interactive agencies, all agencies! Note: Entry is open to U.S. and international agencies and applies to single agency offices. The fee to enter this year is $395 through Wed., Nov. 19, and $495 after.
Deadline: The deadline is 11:59 p.m. EST on Wed., Nov. 26, and there will be NO extensions.
Please upload reels summarizing up to 10 campaigns, up to 90MB each, summarizing your best ideas of the year to the Creativity Innovators categeory in our new entry site. The reels can include TV/video, longform, print, events, case studies, websites, etc. But don't feel pressure to upload 10 campaigns: A few excellent, well-chosen examples can be at least as powerful.
In addition to brand work, make sure to highlight anything you created outside of your client relationships-- self-propelled, entrepreneurial projects that are moving your company forward from a creative or business standpoint.
For each campaign/work item, include a rough date of launch in the description field as well as basic agency and production credits.
Eligible work must have aired/appeared for the first time roughly between Nov 1, 2013, and our deadline. (Obviously, if you included a campaign or piece of work on your entry last year, don't include it this year).
Again, BE JUDICIOUS. A smaller package with a high density of good work is always more compelling.
As part of your entry, you'll be asked to describe your agency's growth. Please include a short overview of the agency's creative year. Include anything that's notable about any of the work -- awards won, cultural impact, etc. Also, make sure to tell us about other highlights outside of the work: major creative hires or departures, shifts in creative department. structure, other creative or business milestones, and stuff you're particularly proud of.
Where do I submit?
Submit your entries to our new entry site here.
Please note, if your new spot or case study video for that integrated campaign isn't ready by deadline and you'd like to consider as part of your submission, include embargoed/watermarked copy on your reel. We honor all embargoes strictly.
Also, if you are an agency with more than one office and want to enter more than one of them for Creative Innovators, please submit a separate entry for each.
Where and when will the Agency A-List winners be announced?
The winners will appear in print and online Jan. 26, 2015.
What was the deadline again?
Please have your material to us by Nov. 26, 2014. There will be no extensions.
Ad Age has also opened its inbox to submissions for its annual Agency A-List and U.S. Agency of the Year, as well as International Agency of the Year and Multicultural Agency of the Year. The deadline is the same: Nov. 26. (Full details here).
