Digital veteran Colleen DeCourcy has left JWT for the newly created chief digital officer post at Omnicom-owned TBWA Worldwide. DeCourcy, who previously served as chief experience officer at JWT for close to a year, will now use her digital savvy to spearhead and implement strategies in that medium across both TBWA networks and its interactive subsidiary, TEQUILA.

Prior to JWT, though, DeCourcy already proved her prowess at Organic, where she led that agency's Experience Design group through non-traditional campaigns for major clients like Daimler-Chrysler, with recent examples including the Dodge Charger "Unleash Your Freak" and Jeep's "The Mudds" initiatives.

DeCourcy will assume her post at TBWA's New York office, where she'll report to worldwide president Tom Carroll.
