It's time to send in your best work from 2009 for Creativity's Agency of the Year report.
We're looking for:
All your best work and ideas from 2009.
Our deadline: November 16, 2009
Who should enter: full service agencies, interactive agencies, all agencies!
Note: Entry is open to U.S. and international agencies.
If at all possible, please only send a large physical portfolio if you have a 3-dimensional product that we should see.
Ideally, send us a link where we can access digital files of all work – TV and other video, long form, print and OOH, installations, apps, sites, video of live events and case study videos, etc. Or, if necessary, send files on a flash drive or other device.

Please note, if your case study video for that integrated campaign isn't ready by deadline, do not wait. Just sent links and a short explanation.
Include agency and production credits for all work submitted.
We encourage you to send a short overview of the agency's creative year. Include anything that's notable about any of the work. Include highlights outside of your work—e.g.: big creative hires, shifts in creative dept. structure, other creative or business milestones, stuff you're particularly proud of etc. In addition to brand work, please include anything you did that was outside of your client relationships – any self propelled, entrepreneurial projects that are moving your company forward from a creative or business standpoint. (Note: this does not mean spec work that was not approved by a client or ads designed exclusively to send to award shows).
Eligible work must have aired/appeared for the first time roughly between Nov 24, 2008 and our deadline. Please indicate the rough date the campaign/item broke.
Note: New This Year -
If you are an agency with more than one U.S. office, please send in a separate entry or link for each office. If you only want to send work from one office, your call.
If you are an agency with a number of U.S. and international offices, send each agency's entry separately.
There is no limit on the number of campaigns you can send, but be advised: BE JUDICIOUS. A smaller package with a high density of good work is always more compelling.
Our Agency of the Year report will appear on Creativity Online and in the Ad Age print and online editions.
