Crispin Porter Lands Ikea

Published on .

Following pitches yesterday in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, Ikea announced this afternoon that it has awarded its estimated $40-50 million account to Crispin Porter & Bogusky. The Miami-based shop bested finalists Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, San Franscisco, and Berlin Cameron/Red Cell, New York.

Crispin becomes the furniture retailer's third agency in a little over a year. Minneapolis agency Carmichael Lynch took over the business a year ago from longtime incumbent Deutsch/New York, but only lasted ten months before another review was called.
