Clemans' credits include CPB's much awarded VW Safe Happens campaign as well as work for Burger King and the Truth campaign. At CHI New York, he will join partner Victoria Davies, previously managing director at TBWA London.

It's enabled us to hit the ground running with instant scale while retaining the nimble flexibility and leadership focus of a streamlined creative shop."
London-based CHI had extended its reach to New York in early 2007 when it announced it would spearhead the launch of Best Buy Mobile stores, in conjunction with founding agency client, Carphone Warehouse. Later in 2007, WPP acquired a 49.9% stake in the agency. Clemans says the New York shop was recently assigned the launch of a new Best Buy service.
