New York agency DCode has been awarded creative duties for ABC Sports' coverage of college football. The account -- formerly at Fallon/New York -- was awarded to DCode following a shootout with Manhattan agency/production hybrid The Concept Farm. "We opened our doors in 2000, and with the ABC Sports win, we've definitely established ourselves as a creative boutique," says Jonathan Paley, director of business development at the agency, whose clients include Starwood, Hype energy drink and Sports Illustrated
The assignment includes broadcast creative, with six spots slated to be shot by Tim Abshire of Backyard Productions in early August. The campaign breaks August 17.
