Deutsch Takes New Tack with Old Navy

Deutsch/L.A. cans the kitsch in a new set of back to school spots for Old Navy that debuted on Friday. In its place, the agency -- which is working on a project basis for the retailer after losing its lead role on the account in June -- dips into the horror genre to deliver the already ominous message that "School is Coming."

In two spots directed by Canadian directing team The Perlorian Brothers via Biscuit and Reginald Pike, we see a pair of classic, cinematically-rendered horror scenarios, as teens are terrorized by land and by sea.
