Doug Jaeger Joins Taxi, New York

Taxi, New York announced today that the former CD/founder of thehappycorp will join its ranks as innovation director. Jaeger, a former group creative director at TBWA/Chiat/Day, New York, founded thehappycorp in 2003 and worked with clients including Apple, Bacardi, Procter & Gamble, Virgin, Brooklyn Brewery, and VH1. Jaeger is also the current and youngest ever president of the Art Directors Club.

Last month, Jaeger and thehappycorp were in the news for MoMA's decision to sever ties with the agency after notorious New York street artist Poster Boy was commissioned to deface a subway poster campaign promoting the museum.

Thehappycorp co-founder Matt Spangler announced he was leaving the agency on April 10 "to explore other opportunities" and spending the spring working on unnamed marketing and strategic consulting projects.
