After rising from the ashes of production company Straw Dogs a year ago, Form –- the Hollywood production company run by executive producer Craig Rodgers and director Jesse Dylan -– has remained relatively quiet while, it turns out, amassing an impressive directorial roster.

On November 1, Australian shooter David Denneen left Anonymous Content and inked a U.S. representation deal with the company. including a cross-production arrangement between Form and the director's Sydney-based Film Graphics. He’s currently shooting a Capital One campaign for D’Arcy/New York in Sydney and is slated to film a short for Young & Rubicam’s Dreams 2003 digital video showcase. This month, Form also added director John Adams, formerly of Area 51 to its roster, alongside relatively recent recruits Chris Woods and Paul Boyd, formerly of Atlas Pictures, and Bill Timmer, a live-action shooter formerly with Industrial Light + Magic’s defunct commercials production division. Rounding out the company’s current slate are former Propaganda director Charles Wittenmeier, Men In Black auteur Barry Sonnenfeld and, of course, Dylan, who’s currently at work on American Pie 3.

"We’ve built it back up again," says Rodgers, who -– along with Dylan –- sold Straw Dogs out to Paradise Entertainment only to see it shuttered by the company last September. "It took a year and a half. It’s been a tough road, but things are good again."
