Global production director, DDB Worldwide Grant Hill has left his corporate position at the agency. According to a DDB spokesperson, Hill's position was eliminated earlier this month. The split ends a 26-year, single-agency run that helped define Anheuser-Busch advertising and made Hill one of industry's most respected production players.

An account of the change in the Chicago Sun-Times says the move is to cut costs and paints a picture of the shop as embattled, still without a CCO after Paul Tilley's suicide earlier this year, facing impending pressure on marquee client Anheuser-Busch as Inbev prepares to take it over, and still un-digital, after David Rolfe's short stint as director of branded production failed to bear fruit.
