Beleaguered do-it-yourselfers reach out for help in a new campaign from Ogilvy & Mather/Chicago for West Coast home improvement chain OSH. Based around the tagline "Step 1: OSH," the effort -- directed by Hungry Man's Jim Jenkins -- focuses on familiar home maintenance dilemmas. In one spot, homeowners are seen simply raising their hands in surrender as they try to tackle projects from plumbing to gardening. In another spot, meanwhile, we see a family living amid the rubble of unfinished house projects, while a third shows consumers literally being relieved of their questions at OSH.
