Honda: Dream on.
Tomorrow at the American Museum of Natural History in New York, Honda and Santa Monica's Rubin Postaer & Associates will debut "Dreams," the first cinema ad to be shot in giant-screen format. The ad was created to support Honda's sponsorship of Pulse: A Stomp Odyssey, a large-screen feature based on the Broadway hit Stomp, which debuts at the museum's LeFrak IMAX theater.

"Dreams," which will be shown exclusively with the film, features model cars, created by London studio SFX, based on children's drawings. The concept supports Honda's global tagline,"The Power of Dreams." Heavy hitters involved in creating the spot include director Gerard de Thame -- via HSI Productions -- star London editor Sam Sneade and composer Danny Elfman, who delivers a whimsical score that sounds just a few notes away from his theme song for The Simpsons.
