Juan Cabral, the Fallon creative director and director of iconic ads such as Cadbury's Gorilla, is leaving the agency.

Cabral will join production company MJZ for worldwide commercial and music video representation. MJZ represents several top name directors such as Spike Jonze, Harmony Korine and Tom Kuntz. Cabral returned to live in his native Argentina in 2008 but continued to work for Fallon on a part-time basis.

The 32-year old joined Fallon from Mother in 2004 and was the creator of the award winning Sony Bravia spots Balls, Paint and Playdoh. His Cadbury Gorilla spot was voted Ad of the Decade by Advertising Age and also won the Grand Prix at Cannes.

He has already directed a Sony campaign, Soundville through MJZ, and will now be added full time to their roster.
