The third time proved to be the charm for Biscuit Filmworks' Noam Murro at this weekend's 57th Annual DGA Awards Dinner in Los Angeles. Murro, who received his third consecutive DGA nomination this year, was presented with the Directors Guild of America's 2004 Award for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Commercials, based on a reel that included the Starbucks commercial "Glen" out of Fallon/N.Y., the eBay spot "Toy Boat" from Goodby, and the Adidas commercial "Carry" from TBWA/Chiat/Day/S.F.

Murro topped a field of nominees that included Dante Ariola and Fredrik Bond -- both of MJZ -- Anonymous Content's Andrew Douglas and Hungry Man's Jim Jenkins.
