Registration announcements for the 54th International Advertising Festival in Cannes arrived this week, along with news DDB chairman and chief creative officer Bob Scarpelli will head up the Film and Press juries. AdCritic caught up with Scarpelli in between a client meeting and a trip back to Chicago to watch the Bears in the playoffs Sunday.
