By Published on .

Celebrated science fiction novelist and short story writer Ray Bradbury passed away last night at the age of 91, "after a lengthy illness," his publisher HarperCollins said in a statement. Mr. Bradbury penned more than 600 books and stories--among them, iconic works like Farenheit 451, The Martian Chronicles, and The Illustrated Man.
